Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the MoDeck website (modeck.games) collects while we are at the waitlist stage, and what we do with it. MoDeck is a product of Sparkid.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is the email addressyou submit to join the waitlist. Along with it, we record which page you submitted from, so we understand which stories resonate.
That is the extent of it. There are no cookies, no third-party analytics, and no advertising or tracking pixels. Fonts and scripts are self-hosted, so simply loading the site makes no third-party requests.
How we use it
We use your email only to send you early-access news and updates about MoDeck. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Who processes it
When you submit the form, your email is sent to our own server (same-origin/api/waitlist) and forwarded to Loops, our email service provider, which stores it and manages our contact list on our behalf. Loops acts as our processor; we do not share your email with anyone else.
Children's privacy
The waitlist is intended for parents and adult creators. Children under 13 should not submit an email address themselves. If you are a parent and believe your child submitted their email, reach us through the channel on our Contact andFAQ pages and we will remove it.
Your choices — unsubscribe & deletion
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; one click stops the emails. To have your data deleted entirely, use that unsubscribe link or reach out through the channel described on our Contact page, and we will remove your address.

We will update this page as the product and our practices evolve. This is a draft pending legal review; the effective date above marks the current version.
